El Cajon is made up of 34 constituent neighborhoods, each of which have unique characteristics that make terrific places to live.

Blossom Valley

Blossom Valley is a scenic and quiet residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located with easy access to downtown El Cajon.

The community offers a variety of luxury real estate options that include 3 to 6 bedrooms and 3 to 8 bathrooms. They typically sit on acres of property. They can cost anywhere from $800,000 to well over $1 million.

The area has one elementary school, one middle school and one high school all of which offer exceptional education. It is close to the Central Lakeside Shopping Center and a variety of financial institutes, shops, and restaurants.

Fletcher Hills

Fletcher Hills is a safe, friendly community situated in a prime location. It falls between El Cajon and the neighboring city of La Mesa.

Granite Hills schools include one elementary school, one middle school and one high school all of which rank highly in terms of math and reading proficiency. The neighborhood is home to John F. Kennedy Skate Park and several other green areas. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants located along 2nd St. and Jamacha Rd.

Rancho San Diego

Rancho San Diego is a census designated place often considered a part of El Cajon. It has terrific scenery and a family friendly vibe.

Homes in the area include everything from single family properties to villas, condominiums, townhomes and more. They come in a variety of layouts and floor plans. Prices can be as low as $200,000 and as high as $2 million although the median lies around $600,000.

The neighborhood’s highly rated school district includes one elementary school, one middle school and one high school. It is home to several green spaces including Hilton Head County Park, Cottonwood Two County Park, Damon Lake County Park and Cottonwood Golf Course.
